Your company's records, organised so people can actually find what's in them.
We build searchable knowledge bases and document classification systems from the manuals, procedures and correspondence a company already has. Nothing is hidden behind the process — every answer names the document it came from.

What we deliver
We take documents that already exist inside a company — manuals, contracts, delivery notes, past correspondence — and turn them into something a person can query in ordinary language, or that files itself correctly on arrival.
Why it matters
In many companies, institutional knowledge sits with a small number of long-serving staff. When that knowledge is written down but hard to search, it stays effectively locked away. We make it reachable without asking anyone to change how they work day to day.
Source-visible answers
Every answer generated from your knowledge base names the document behind it, so it can be checked against the original text.
Access by staff group
Document classes and staff groups are mapped explicitly, so who can reach what is a stated rule rather than an assumption.
Defined exceptions
When an incoming document can't be classified with confidence, it is set aside for a person — not filed on a guess.
Readiness first
We can assess whether your documents are actually ready for this kind of work before any larger project begins.
What a query and its sources look like
"What is our current process for approving a new supplier?"
- supplier_approval_procedure_v3.pdf
- finance_signoff_thresholds.docx
- 2024_internal_memo_suppliers.eml
How the work proceeds
We review a sample of your documents and confirm the project's scope together.
Documents are prepared, structured, and access rules are set by staff group.
A search interface or classification flow is built and connected to your existing systems.
The person who will maintain the system going forward is trained to do so.
Grounded in what's actually there
We do not begin larger projects without first understanding the condition of the documents involved. Where a collection needs tidying before anything else, we say so rather than proceeding regardless.
Scoped and time-bound
Each service has a defined scope — from a two-week readiness assessment to a five or six week knowledge base build — so the extent of the work is clear from the outset.
